i made this piece out of felt , its about 6 differnt pieces which i sewed together and stichted and painted over , totally inspired by nature , i live in cornwall and spent a lot of time in caves and photographing rock pools when i made this .

wow, i really love this piece :) i've got some stuff like this (but not as good) in my gallery but it's mostly fine art, and i want to know how to combine the two better. pieces like this give me ideas and inspiration. + fav

I like it, not what i would usually like, but it captured my eyes. Found myself sitting and looking at each area for a while. Your use of techniques is good, especially the couching on the straw, and the hand stitch.

Lovely piece, i shall be looking at your other work now! :)
